•     Late payments may incur a 10% fee and suspension of services.
•     Deposits are non-refundable unless Crown Media cancels the engagement.

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds
•     Projects canceled by the client after commencement are subject to fees for work completed.
•     Refunds are issued only at Crown Media’s discretion and in accordance with signed agreements.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
•     Crown Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
•     Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

 

7. Privacy & Data Use
